Forms Processing
Forms processing involves extracting information from structured or customized forms, faxes and scanned images and updating it on a range of outputs. We handle all kinds of forms from invoices, sales, purchase orders, tax statements, credit card applications, medical or insurance claims, market research forms, any online form processing and many other types. These forms are scanned and converted into electronic format using our in-house software. We deals with both structured and non structured versions of Form Processing. The tabular form or structured forms are relatively easy to process. Non-structured forms are questionnaires or survey forms. Your specific requirements help us decide the tools to be used for form processing. This can also be done using manual data entry methods.
A step by step guide to the process makes it simpler: Secure Document Handling: The forms are mostly electronically transmitted. These are scanned and are made available at client's secure FTP server, form where we download these images for onward processing. Corresponding images are then loaded into the customized software Depending on the requirements, a data base is created and the fields added are as per the needs of the client Impeccable accuracy: For each forms processing job, we work with the customer to create a process that insures high quality - we often use double-keying with an interface customized to the forms processing job, which delivers greater than 99.95% accuracy. The data in the database is compared The data in the database is verified and the entire process goes through a quality check before being dispatched. We can provide output in a wide range of format. Some of the typical formats in which we can deliver the data are: Excel Format (*.xls) ,Word Format (*.doc) ,Acrobat Portable Document Format (*.pdf) ,Text Format (*.txt, *.rtf) ,Microsoft Access (*.mdb) CSV Format (*.csv),HTML format .
Insurance Claim Entry is the actual application given to the insurance company for claiming maximum benefits in times of damage to valuables or to recover expenses incurred for hospital treatment. While filing claims people would submit an official written document to insurance companies so that huge monetary losses can be covered. After submitting the claim, the insurance company may check whether your claim is reasonable. Depending upon the assessment of circumstances, the insurance provider may or may not approve your claim. Processing the claims is necessary without which, policyholders would not be covered for any damage occurred.
Data cleansing - also called as data scrubbing - is a process of detecting and removing and/or amending the errors, inconsistencies & abbreviations in a database ( part and material files, product catalog files, and item information etc) that could be incorrect, redundant, out-of-date, incomplete, improperly formatted or duplicated to improve its quality. Organizations can transform and combine disparate data, remove inaccuracies, standardize on common values, parse values and cleanse dirty data to create consistent, reliable information and help reduce unnecessary costs wastage. An organization in a data-intensive field like banking, insurance, retailing, telecommunications and transportation might use a data scrubbing tool to systematically examine data for flaws by using rules, algorithms, and look-up tables.
